‘Wrong Password’ error message

This happens when you’ve entered the wrong password. Please note that for security purposes, your account will be automatically locked if you enter the wrong password 5 times. If you are Free-Trial user, Paid-Demo user, or DAS-IB user you can contact our Support Team ([email protected]) for a password reset. (For security purposes, we have to verify your account with the Subscription number. Your subscription number is located in your PayPal and starts with S or I (billing ID). Locate Das under activities, click on manage payments and you will find the subscription number there.) For all other brokers’ user, you have to contact your own broker for the password reset.
