In order to connect your TD Ameritrade Account to DAS, you must first ensure that your TD Account Advanced Features is disabled. To check your Advanced Features status:
- Go to Client Services > My Profile and select General
- In the Elections & Routing section of this page, look for the line item Advanced Features.
If you see ‘Enabled’, your Advanced Features is turned on. You will need to contact TD Ameritrade to disable this feature before you can proceed with the Authorization Process that connects your account to DAS. Please be advised that it will take a minimum of 24 hours to for TD to disable this feature.
If you see ‘Eligible’ next to Advanced Features, you may continue with the Authorization Process to connect your account to DAS. Follow the instructions at the Authorization Process link: https://dastrader.com/docs/td-ameritrade-account-authorization-process/
