The following is a step-by-step screen sequence of the authorization process to connect your Schwab account to the DAS Trader:

Enter your DAS credentials:
Enter your DAS User ID and click on Authorize.
Enter Schwab User ID and Password
Enter your Schwab User ID and password and click on Log in.
Note: Each account has its own unique username and password. Ensure that you are using the username that is associated with the account you are trying to connect to DAS.
Two Step ID Verification
For verification, Schwab will send you a verification code via Text, Email or Phone call. Choose your method of contact and hit Continue (not shown).
Enter the security code sent to you and click on Log In.
Terms and Conditions
Read through the Terms and Conditions and if agreed to, check the box at the bottom of the page and click on Continue.
Confirmation Page
This page is to confirm your consent to authorizing Schwab to grant access to your account information to DAS. Click on Accept to continue with the Account Authorization Process.
Schwab Account Selection
Select the account you wish to connect to DAS and click on Continue. Please note that you must select the account(s) to add-on while leaving existing linked account check. If you uncheck the existing linked account, it will remove the linkage and replace with account checked. If you wish to connect multiple accounts, you will need to repeat the entire Account Authorization Process for each account.
Leave Automatically Link New Schwab Accounts In the Future unchecked and hit Continue.
Review and Confirm
Here you have an opportunity to review the account information you wish to connect to DAS before completing the linking process. Once everything is confirmed, click on Done to continue.
Confirmation
This is your confirmation page indicating that the authorization and connection to DAS is complete. Log into your DAS platform and you should see your account number displayed in the Account Window.
Please note that if you have multiple accounts, you will need to repeat this Authorization step for each account using the unique Schwab username for the account. Furthermore, if you change your password in the Schwab Client Profile, you will need to redo the Account Authorization Process again. Also please note that the linkage authorization will last only 7 days and you will be prompted to repeat this process to re-connect your account to DAS once the linkage expires with Schwab. This is for security reasons per Schwab.
