I got the ‘Open File Error!’ error message

This is typically a Windows permissions issue. Try to run the program as an Administrator.

1) Run the program as an Administrator by right clicking it and choosing Run as Administrator.

2) If the problem persists, make sure your Windows user is an Administrator, then go to the C:\DAS Trader (or the name it has on your PC) install folder, right click it and go to Properties, then Security. Click Edit, then Add your user and give it Full Control permissions. Apply permissions to all subfolders/files.

3) Try to reinstall the program if the issue is not resolved.
