USER SHOULD NOT USE ANY TECHNOLOGY (NOT LIMITED TO VPN, PROXY, ETC.) KNOWN TO MASK OR HIDE COMPUTER INFORMATION AND IP ADDRESSES. USER AND AFFILIATES ARE AUTHORIZED TO USE EXCHANGE DATA.
